Please note that all sales are final. At Grey Ghost & Second Best, we create products on demand in order to reduce waste and overproduction. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@greyghostdetroit.com if:
• Your item is defective
• Your item is damaged
• You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Exceptions
Because our products are custom made, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect sizes ordered (please refer to our sizing guide before purchasing)
• Delays caused by carriers
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds not in compliance with the above conditions.
